Our approach
How we plan skin treatments
01
Assessment first
A doctor examines your skin type, concerns and medical history before recommending anything, and tells you when a treatment isn't needed.
02
Combined, not stacked
Lifting, boosters and lasers are combined only when they work together, with sensible intervals between sessions.
03
Hormones considered
Because the clinic also offers gynecology, skin changes linked to PCOS, pregnancy or menopause can be assessed with your hormonal health in mind.

Skin treatments at Hommage Clinic: common questions
Who performs skin treatments at Hommage Clinic?
Treatments are planned and performed by the clinic's physicians, Dr. Kim Hyunbin and Dr. Hwang Seonhwa, after an in-person assessment of your skin. You can read about them on our doctors page.
Can I combine several treatments in one visit?
Often, yes. Lifting devices, skin boosters and some lasers can be combined in one visit when your skin can tolerate it. Your doctor sets the order and spacing so treatments support each other and recovery stays manageable.
How much downtime should I expect?
It varies widely. Injectables and many boosters cause small bumps or bruising for a few days, while resurfacing lasers can cause redness and peeling for about a week. Each treatment page lists typical downtime, and your doctor confirms it for your skin.
Are skin treatments safe for darker or sensitive skin?
Many are, but settings and device choice matter. Some lasers carry a higher risk of temporary darkening (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) in darker skin types, so your doctor adjusts the plan and may recommend a test area.
Can I get treatments during a short trip to Seoul?
Yes, many treatments suit a short trip, but leave time for any redness to settle before you fly and for a follow-up check if needed. Tell the clinic your travel dates when you book.
Are skin treatments covered by insurance?
Cosmetic skin treatments are not covered by Korea's National Health Insurance. The clinic explains costs in writing before treatment.
